Abstract

The quality of the next generation is greatly influenced by education, so it's critical to consider the factors that affect students' learning outcomes. The purpose of this study is to ascertain how students' academic performance at MAN Surabaya is impacted by learning motivation, learning environment, and learning discipline. All MAN Surabaya students made up the population of this study, and 367 respondents were chosen for the sample using purposive sampling. Questionnaires were the main tool used in this quantitative study. With the aid of SPSS 26 software, validity and reliability tests, classical assumption tests, multiple linear regression analysis, t-test, F-test, and the coefficient of determination were used to examine the gathered data. The findings demonstrated that students' academic progress is positively and significantly impacted by learning motivation, learning environment, and learning discipline, both partially and simultaneously. These results demonstrate that the three elements are crucial for raising students' academic performance at MAN Surabaya
