Abstract

Digital transformation has become a strategic agenda in the development of national education through various school digitalization policies. However, the implementation of digitalization in Indonesia still faces challenges in the form of access gaps, readiness of human resources, and lack of optimal integration of technology in learning and school management. This research aims to analyze and formulate an integrative model of school digitalization on the quality of education by emphasizing the integration of technology, pedagogic, and learning content, school leadership and quality management, as well as aspects of equitable access to education. This research uses a literature review method on articles from reputable national and international journals as well as relevant education policy documents published in the last five years. The results of the study show that school digitalization contributes positively to improving the quality of education when implemented through the Technological Pedagogical Content Knowledge (TPACK) approach, supported by visionary leadership of school principals, and implemented contextually according to school readiness. In addition, the digitalization of learning has the potential to be a strategy to accelerate the equitable distribution of education quality, especially for schools in rural areas and 3T. The implications of this study emphasize the importance of developing a holistic, adaptive, and quality-oriented school digitalization policy.

Keywords: school digitalization, TPACK, quality of education.
